Collagenina daily creams are available in two different concentrations with increasing levels of active ingredients.
Grade 2 is recommended for skin with: moderate tissue sagging, especially along the jawline; visible micro-wrinkles, noticeable micro-relief.

TRANSDERMAL TECHNOLOGY

CLINICAL-INSTRUMENTAL STUDY ON THE THICKENING AND FIRMING EFFECTIVENESS OF DERMACOSMETIC FACIAL CARE: COLLAGENINA INTENSIVE TREATMENT WITH 6 TYPES OF COLLAGEN
The aim of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of cosmetic facial care in improving skin aging parameters, such as skin ptosis, microrelief, and fine lines. To achieve this goal, a clinical study was conducted involving 20 healthy female participants aged 35–60 years, presenting with sagging/ptosis in the lower facial area (lax jawline), noticeable microrelief, and fine lines. The effectiveness of the treatment was assessed using non-invasive image analysis after 7 and 14 days of product use.
1) SKIN THICKNESS AND DENSITY - CHEEK ULTRASOUND
Ultrasound allows for the assessment of echogenicity and measurement of skin thickness (epidermis + dermis). These parameters are associated with the organization of the extracellular matrix (dermis) and are influenced by photoaging, chronological aging, and skin hydration.

3) SKIN PROFILE METRY
The skin surface is quantitatively assessed using Primos 3D (GFMesstechnik GmbH), a non-contact in vivo skin measurement device based on structured light projection. Together with its comprehensive 3D measurement and evaluation software, the sensor enables the evaluation of skin surface properties (e.g., wrinkle depth, volume, skin roughness, etc.). In this study, the Sa parameter (skin profilometry) was calculated on the cheek.
